Prior to starting Newfound Marketing, Sheldon was the Digital Marketing Director for M5 Communications and has spent time in Montreal and London where he planned and delivered sound Digital Marketing strategies to Fortune 100 clients Hewlett Packard and Chevrolet Europe as part of their overall search marketing strategy.
Melissa has been fighting the good fight against bad websites since 1998. She’s been a WordPress developer for over six years and is also Google Adwords Certified. But she’s not just about code. Melissa lives and breathes social media and is a self-proclaimed data nerd that loves digging through the data to find out what makes an audience tick…and engage.
She’s also a shoe lover, Blue Jays fan, and an independent globetrotter who finds inspiration in every new destination she visits. She hasn’t been everywhere yet, but it’s on her list.
Both on and off the screen, Paddy is no stranger to the social media world. A long time user of HootSuite, Tweetdeck, Photoshop and Avid video editing, content production runs deep in his bones. A passionate marketer, Paddy does not shy away from any marketing tactic which efficiently relays the right messaging.

Before joining Newfound Marketing, Colin completed an International Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Memorial University. Upon graduation, Colin partnered in a start up digital marketing company where he developed a passion for helping businesses in Newfoundland and Labrador optimize their Social Media Marketing SEO, and Search Engine Marketing.During his undergrad, Colin did a semester abroad in Hasselt, Belgium which provided him with the opportunity to travel many parts of Western Europe. In addition to his love of travelling, Colin is also a Coordinator for a Volunteer program in St. John’s called Challenger Baseball NL. This program provides children with cognitive and physical disabilities with the opportunity to play baseball in an organized league that is catered to their own needs.
A lover of stand up comedy and a Yankees fan through and through, Colin can be found at the ballpark if the weather’s decent or binge watching Netflix most other times.
