Social Media Management for Avalon Mall

The Challenge

The Avalon Mall is the largest shopping centre in Newfoundland and Labrador and needed help growing and managing their social media accounts. They needed custom, timely social content that would appeal to their target audience.

The Solution

We developed a plan to create monthly photo content showcasing current retailers and products. We’ve further engaged retailers to highlight their promotions and special. We interacted with local social accounts in order to spread awareness about the Twitter and Instagram accounts. We also developed a strategy for contests and giveaway to increase followers.

The Results

Facebook fans have increased by over 150% since we’ve been managing the account while engagement remains high. Retailers have seen direct benefit from having their products shown on the Avalon Mall social channels. We have also grown their Instagram following from scratch to over 1,000 followers and increased their Twitter following substantially.

For the website has been developed convenient logical structure for a positive interaction with potential customers and to cover the greatest number of search phrases.
It was conducted A / B testing to select the optimal tariff plans and to find most conversional forms of  orders.
Due to the positive experience with search traffic, it was decided to launch an advertising campaign on Facebook
